uujili Terms and Conditions – User Agreement for the Philippines Platform
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the uujili platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of this website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the uujili platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. - uujili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
- Account information must be kept current. Providing false information may result in account termination.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
All users of uujili are expected to engage with the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game mechanics, bonus structures, or platform features.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or identity fraud.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
- Posting or transmitting any harmful, abusive, or unlawful content through the platform.

uujili reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of balances where fraud is confirmed.
5. Payments and Transactions in Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on uujili are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the platform at the time of the transaction. uujili supports local Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and bank transfer.
- Deposits are credited to your account wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification and any applicable review period.
- uujili does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. uujili may request documentation to verify the source of funds.
- Refunds or reversals are handled in accordance with the platform's applicable policies and are not guaranteed.
Users are responsible for understanding the tax implications of any winnings in their jurisdiction. uujili does not provide tax advice and is not liable for any tax obligations arising from platform use.
6. Limitation of Liability
uujili provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times.
- uujili is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- Gaming outcomes are determined by random number generation or live dealer processes. uujili makes no representation regarding expected results or outcomes of any game or bet.
- Users participate in all gaming activities at their own risk. No outcome is guaranteed, and no specific financial return is implied or promised.
- uujili's maximum liability to any individual user, in any circumstances, is limited to the amount that user has deposited and not yet withdrawn.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
uujili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable platform policy.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
- Failure to provide requested verification documents within the required timeframe.
- Self-exclusion requested by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
- Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.
Users may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not automatically cancel any pending transactions already in progress. Any remaining eligible balance at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with platform procedures.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the uujili platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, and interface design — is the property of uujili or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
